Setting the trusses
At 8:00 AM, the first truss goes up.
Adding 13 feet to the building really makes it grow!
The spanner beam above the truss is a native 8"x8"x21' from the original bank barn.

The bottom of each truss needed to be stiffened with 2x10s for the trip to the top. A couple of Buell straps worked great for this!
I'm sure Eric Buell would be proud of the new use of these straps.
#18, the last truss, goes up.
This one was extra heavy with the door supports and sheathing already installed on it.
2 feet to go...
And by noon, the last truss was set...
and braced with the rest.
